Can I combine about your LONGEVITY with other WeCare products?
Generally yes, but thoughtfully. WeCare about Longevity is designed as a comprehensive “daily longevity” foundation that covers most key areas (cellular energy, protection, regeneration). It is therefore not necessary to add many other supplements with the same focus. If you still combine multiple products, watch for duplicate ingredients (e.g. vitamins or polyphenols that are already in Longevity, so that you do not unnecessarily exceed doses). Combination with other dietary supplements is possible, but it is always advisable to discuss optimal dosing with an expert, especially when taking specialized “biohacking” supplements at the same time.
Is the product suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women?
The product is not intended for persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women. The reason is a lack of clinical safety data during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as the presence of active substances that affect cellular metabolism. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, always prioritize consulting a doctor; it is better not to take this supplement.
How long before the effects appear?
The effect is individual. You may feel some subjective changes after just a few weeks – typically more energy or a better feeling of regeneration. However, measurable changes in the body (e.g. metabolic parameters, endurance, cognitive functions) occur gradually. For objective evaluation, we recommend a treatment of at least 2–3 months. Long-term use brings a cumulative effect – the longer you take the supplement, the more its benefits develop.
What if I have an allergy?
Read the ingredients carefully. About your Longevity contains gluten and is therefore not suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. It also contains several plant extracts. Caution is advised in people with allergies to pollen or certain herbs – the product contains, for example, pine extract (Pycnogenol®), Japanese pagoda tree extract (quercetin), black pepper (BioPerine®) etc. If you know of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or if an allergic reaction occurs after use (rash, itching, breathing difficulties), discontinue use and consult a doctor.
How long does one package last?
The package contains 150 capsules, it is a treatment for 1 month (30 doses).
Is it necessary to take breaks during use?
A mandatory break is not necessary. The formula is designed for long-term, even continuous daily use. All ingredients are in doses safe for chronic administration (i.e. you can take them long-term without the need for a break). If you prefer a more cyclical regimen, you can individually include a break, for example after 6–12 months for a few weeks to evaluate your condition and “reset” the body – however, this is not a requirement in terms of the product's safety or effectiveness.
Can I take WeCare about your Longevity if I take medication?
Carefully and after consultation. If it is a matter of common vitamins or supplements, simultaneous use is not a problem. However, in the case of chronic medication (e.g. for high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.) or prescription medication, it is appropriate to consult a doctor. Increased caution is especially necessary with blood-thinning medications – the product contains several polyphenols (resveratrol, quercetin, Pycnogenol®) and L-arginine, which may slightly affect blood clotting. BioPerine® (black pepper extract) also increases the absorption of substances in the intestine and may thereby enhance the effects of some medications (e.g. warfarin, some antidepressants, immunosuppressants or heart medications). If the user takes medications with a narrow therapeutic range (such as those mentioned, e.g. warfarin), consultation with a doctor is essential. In general, keep a gap of several hours between medications and the supplement to minimize the possibility of mutual interaction.
