WeCareClub loyalty programme
How to become a member:
- when purchasing in the e-shop www.wecare.cz, the Buyer register and create an user account;
- all purchases completed by the buyer (i.e. paid orders and received/unreturned goods) are added together;
- when the volume of purchases completed by the Buyer reaches a certain value, the Buyer automatically becomes a member of the WeCareClub loyalty club; as follows:
- when the volume of realized and completed purchases reaches 15 000 CZK (inclusive), the Buyer will be awarded the status of a BRONZE Member of WeCareclub;
- when reaching the volume of realized and completed purchases of CZK 30,000 (inclusive), the Buyer will be awarded the status of a SILVER Member of WeCareclub;
- when reaching the volume of realized and completed purchases in the amount of 50 000 CZK (inclusive), the Buyer will be awarded the status of a DIAMOND Member of WeCareclub.
- a Member of the WeCareClub loyalty program receives the following benefits:
- FREE SHIPPING when create a Customer account
- BRONZE Member of WeCareclub 5 % discount
- SILVER Member of WeCareclub 10% discount
- DIAMOND Member of WeCareclub 20% discount
- The We Care Company sends an information about the membership in the WeCareClub loyalty program to Buyer´s email;
- discount mentioned above will be automatically added in the last step of Buyer´s order
Discount cannot be applied:
- on products already discounted
- on sale products and discounted product sets
- in combination with other discounts/coupons
If the Buyer does not make a single completed purchase within 1 year of obtaining membership in WeCareClub, The We Care Company will be reassigned to the closest preceding category OR In the event that the value of purchases completed by the purchaser does not reach at least CZK 5,000 within 1 year of obtaining the relevant WeCareClub loyalty club status, the purchaser will be reassigned to the closest preceding loyalty category
