Sara Pavala and her 3 months with about your APPETITE
Most of her followers know Sara Pavala as a lover of a healthy lifestyle, movement and beauty routines. At the same time, she is also a mom and a woman who knows the reality of everyday life well – work responsibilities, family, less time for herself and moments when cravings for sweets can shake even the best plans. For the past three months, she has been testing about your APPETITE, a dietary supplement focused on supporting appetite control and healthy weight loss. What was her experience like? What surprised her the most and who would she recommend the product to?

What did you think when you first heard about the about your APPETITE product?
As soon as WeCare announced that their next supplement was about your APPETITE, I was completely excited. I have a lot of trust in the brand and I know that their supplements do what they promise. I regularly take almost their entire portfolio.
Were you convinced from the start that it would work?
Not at all. I do not believe in miracle weight-loss supplements, teas or drinks, so I was naturally a little skeptical. I told myself that nothing could help me anyway. After giving birth, I weighed almost 100 kilos and losing the extra kilos was not easy at all. Even after so many months, I still had cravings. Every evening, when after putting the child to sleep, cleaning or folding laundry I finally sat down to work or watch a film, I felt the need to have chocolate or something good. I simply wanted to make myself happy. But we all know that evening snacking can ruin a whole day’s effort.
When did you start noticing the first changes?
I started taking a capsule in the morning and at noon and hoped. I do not know exactly after how long it clicked for me, I think after about 14 days to three weeks. Suddenly I realized that I actually had not reached for chocolate, had not told myself I would have ice cream, and had not even gone to open the fridge and look for something to snack on. Even though there is never anything there, I still used to go and look in there before.

What surprised you the most about it?
Probably the fact that I was much calmer and did not think about something sweet all day. And yet this was something I used to deal with almost all the time, regardless of how healthily I was eating or living at the moment.
How do you think a healthy routine can be maintained long-term?
I am a big advocate of the idea that if a person wants something and has certain goals, it also brings sacrifices and passion. You need to set up a routine and be consistent. There are no shortcuts and you simply have to grit your teeth. But about your APPETITE is genuinely the only thing that helps me on my journey toward my dream figure and thanks to which it does not take as much effort as before.
If you had to sum up your experience in one sentence, what would it be?
About your APPETITE is a little helper that does a huge service.
Who would you recommend about your APPETITE to?
I think that anyone who is trying to lose weight, watch their diet or limit constant nibbling and evening cravings should try it and observe the change for themselves. For me, today it is already a must-have for a healthy lifestyle.
Sara’s experience reminds us that the path to healthier habits is not about perfection. It is about small changes that gradually become a natural part of every day. For Sara, one of them was also about your APPETITE, which helped her manage cravings with greater calm and turn self-care into something that does not feel like a daily battle.
